Chicken flavor powder is made of monosodium glutamate, salt, chicken/bone powder or its concentrated extract, disodium ribonucleotide and other auxiliary materials, with or without spices and/or flavor enhancers such as edible spices, mixed and dried. It is a compound seasoning with the freshness and aroma of chicken, and its freshness is more than twice that of monosodium glutamate.
